School of Microelectronic Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Per,is (UniMAP), Kawasan Industri Kuala Perlis,
02000 Kuala Perlis, Perlis, Malaysia.
Project Description:
To design, fabricate, test & characterize MEMS devices
Responsibilities:
Pursuing PhD in Engineering enrolled in UniMAP (AMBIENCE).
Publish research findings related to research in at least 2 ISI indexed journal
Handle related research administrative work assigned by the Supervisor.
Additional publication of at least 5 SCOPUS indexed articles
Requirements:
MSc/Master in related fields
Basic knowledge in microelectronic, MEMS & wafer fabrication.
Highly strong interest in MEMS & micro fabrication
Excellent command in written and oral English.
Proctive, independent & resourceful.
Have published at least two high impact journals & several SCOPUS indexed papers.
Advantaged of doing research in AMBIENCE:
PhD studies tuition fee is waived
To gain experience using highly advanced industry standard tools such as Molecular Vapour Deposition (MVD), RapidX 250 micromachining, Electron Beam Evaporator, SPTS Uetch MEMS release tool & other fabrication & measurement tools.
